I am writing this letter to express my extreme satisfaction with the services provided and rendered during my time of need. My home flooded right after we had finished moving in, my husband was deployed and happened to be the week of school finals, it was very stressful. Scott Webb arrived and assured me that it would be a smooth transition and he enlisted the help of the clean master crew to come in.
As much as the experience of having your home flooded was difficult, the staff of ServiceMASTER’s specialists truly made it easier on me. Frank Assofi was in charge of the pack out and was calm, organized and made me feel comforted in a time of need. When I first arrived to see my home I was in tears and highly upset however the actions of Frank turned my tears upside down and made me smile. Jack Z. It is with a sincere heart of gratitude and appreciation that I write this letter of commendation on behalf of my wife Angela and I for the work that was done by the men of ServiceMaster Clean in Lemon Grove, CA.
I write this to tell you that at a time when we had to have major renovation and floor replacement completed at our home, ServiceMasters Clean and Farmers Insurance walked into our home and personified everything that we have ever taught about excellence, customer service, servant leadership and service that I have ever seen. The ServiceMaster Clean men made this major trial and difficulty in our lives so much easier to bear. They are a model for excellence. Work in my home began in November of 2011.

Danny was vey easy to work with he took care of everything.
I work 24 hour shifts and it is hard to get people to come work at the house when I am not home as I have 3 dogs. He didn’t mind them being there and because of that I felt like I had no delay in service. He kept me informed every step of the way and actually met the person who had to do testing so that [they] didn’t have to wait for me to get out of work.
Even though they had to take out parts of the walls and the flooring the house was very clean after the work was done. Excellent service all the way around.

Recently our neighbor had a water pipe break and majorly flood their dining room floor and walls. We share a wall, so it seeped over to our side.
Well my first experience with ServiceMASTER Absolute (who was recommended by our condo coverage carrier Liberty Mutual, as a courtesy so we wouldn’t have to seach for a local company to get us dried out) was with James Moore and his assistant, Robert.
They pulled back the carpet that night and checked where the moisture was, and all that usual stuff they do. They left humidifiers and carpet dryers.
James Moore and Robert were both really nice, really reassuring, and helped me to realize it wasn’t the end of the world. James stayed in touch over the next few days while I was at work and they came and checked on the progress of the drying.
Once it was dry, we chose to continue using ServiceMASTER Absolute and now dealt with Francesco Fiorini, who coordinated the reconstruction. (Replacing the toe-kicks under the kitchen counter, which James had removed to check for moisture during the drying process.)
Francesco was really good about communicating when they’d be coming by. He was really apologetic about a delay of a day or two in coming by, which we didn’t care about (no dinner parties planned, and the place by now was as dry as a bone).
His worker (also named Robert, but a different guy than was assisting James Moore) was also really good. He purchased the toe kick wood and stained it and reinstalled it, and also bought the baseboard and painted it. One day when I came home from work, Robert was finishing up and Francesco was there supervising and helping him.
We’re really happy with the job and I signed off on the paperwork.
Funny thing, I’m kind of a freaky perfectionist, and AFTER I’d signed off on it, I saw a tiny area where I wish the paint had been cut in a bit better. I left Francesco know, acknowledging that I’d already signed off on it, but asking if there was any paint left.
Francesco had Robert buy another quart of paint (it was all gone) which was color-matched and left it for me at my door. (Just took me a few minutes to do my perfectionist cutting in with my own little brush).
That was an unusual situation… but I’m full of appreciation that Francesco took steps AFTER I’d signed off to make sure I was a super happy camper!

The guys from the Lemon Grove location, especially Steven Wang, go above and beyond to not only make sure you understand whats going on in your home, but to keep you as comfortable as possible.

Steve Wang was our guy for helping with our water damage. He was professional, thorough, and kept all the ‘surprise’ problems under control. I was amazed at how quickly he got the asbestos hazard taken care of. I didn’t have to do a thing!

Daniel Conklin from ServiceMASTER Absolute is my point of contact for my flood damage. Last Thursday my fiances condo flooded, what a disaster, she is devastated. The flood caused all of the flooring to be ruined.
Daniel and crew were onsite within 1 hour of my initial call. Today is day 4 since the flood and the water damage and potential mold issues are almost stabilized. Daniel moved so fast that he was able to save the drywall and potential drywall cutting, removal, etc.
They came in with at least 30 fans, 3 huge dehumidifiers, and all sorts of professional equipment. They cut out the carpet padding, removed affected baseboards, and all associated furniture moving and shuffling to make that happen.
They came to the condo every day since last Thursday to monitor the situation, take measurements, and ensure the integrity of the house. They are always on time and always stay in communication as well as make us feel assured it will be fine and resolved.
I live in Rancho Bernardo and would highly recommend calling this outfit or franchise if you ever need water mitigation. We are a long way from being restored, but the most important initial and timely response has “saved the day” for the future integrity of the condo, especially regarding odors, lingering musty smell that never goes away, etc.

We had a big, big mess from a small kitchen fire last week. Cabinets needed to be pulled out and replaced, smoke odor had to be removed from EVERYTHING and everything needed new paint. ServiceMASTER Absolute in Lemon Grove came out within an hour to give me an estimate and let me know what to expect. They worked with my insurance agent and completed the work in ONE DAY! I couldn’t believe how great these guys were.

I called ServiceMASTER Absolute, based in Lemon Grove, when I had a terrible experience with a bad carpet cleaner. I thought I had mold damage after a bad cleaning. The carpet guy didn’t get enough water out of the carpet and that made it stink, stink, stink!
After a week of windows open and fans going, I called ServiceMASTER Absolute and they sent over a nice young man who had a series of tools to test the mold content in several rooms. It turns out we didn’t have mold, but we did have some residual moisture so they lifted up the carpets and brought in big fans to remove the water damage.

I have used ServiceMASTER when I thought I had a leak in my house and that water was behind my walls. They came out used their camera and found the water and how far it had moved in the walls. They were very professional and answered all my questions.

I never thought I’d be happy to have a fire, but we had a fire in our office and the sprinklers went off so we had a FLOOD, too! It’s amazing how much damage can be done with one over-toasted piece of bread!
So we had ServiceMASTER Absolute come out and they cleaned up the fire and somehow sucked out the smoke smell. And then they drained the water from the over-head sprinklers, cleaned carpets and dried out the walls. It was a mess and they cleaned up everything. Got a call on Monday afternoon from my sister, who had swung by our place to take the dog for a walk. Turns out, a contractor working in the loft above ours clipped a fire suppression sprinkler, flooding that loft, ours, and the two on each side of both. Good times.
Here’s the silver lining – ServiceMASTER Absolute, and in particular, a tattooed caffeine freak named Matt, was on the job before I could race home. For the past three days, he’s led a crew of the most incredible clean up team imaginable through some of the crappiest work conditions imaginable, and he’s done it with a smile.

In June, my upstairs neighbor had a plumbing problem that flooded my apartment – there were actually six of us with water damage. ServiceMASTER Absolute was there right away to rip out the floors and dry out our units to prevent mold and further damage.
It took about two months to get the insurance company to agree to the estimates so that the work could begin, but once that happened, Service Master was ready to work, annd got the job done quickly. They carefully packed up all my belongings and stored them, repaired drywall and moldings, replace the flooring, painted, and put everything back in it’s place.
James, Scott, and Francesco were my contacts for the dryout and, pack-out and repair work. They communicated every step of the way, and were very friendly and professional. My place looks great, and I am soooo happy to be going home this weekend!
