Experience
Helena holds a Master’s Degree in Statistics and Applied Mathematics. With a background in project management, customer service, and accounting, Helena strives to efficiently and effectively reinforce the connection between employee and customer.
Helena began working as sole Controller for ServiceMASTER in mid-2005 directly immersed in the business’ financials, organizational procedures and human resources.
Helena’s goal through active listening and learning, as well as flexibility, objectivity and attention to detail, is to elevate ServiceMASTER Absolute Water & Fire Damage Services to an unparalleled level of professionalism and service.

Background
Born and raised in Reading, PA, Helena finished high school and her college education in Lisbon, Portugal. She is bilingual in English & Portuguese and fluent in Spanish. Helena met her husband, Mark, while vacationing in Tunisia, North Africa.
Helena and Mark settled in Southern California in March 2003. They enjoy family time with their 2 small boys and little girl.
Helena & Mark are also soccer fans, supporting Aston Villa F.C., England, S.L. Benfica & Portugal, although not always at the same time. They are "Trekkies" and enjoy a good game of Scrabble. In every aspect of their lives, Helena & Mark strive to honor God in all they do.
